Two-sided marketplace for community events. 2 iterations, V2 rebuilt solo with AI-assisted development. Live on iOS, Android, and web.
PooMaster — A Casual Mobile Game
Casual one-handed arcade catcher built by a 5-person team in a 3-month funded MVP sprint. Cold-pitched to publishers — Voodoo and Azur Games both responded with interest.
About
I’m a product manager with 3+ years of experience shipping products across mobile and web.
The last few years I’ve been running my own products, including my latest — Luzit, a two-sided marketplace for events serving both consumers and the businesses posting to them.
Across these products I worked with co-founders, managed on-site and remote teams, and ran user interviews and market research that I translated into roadmaps — which in Luzit’s case meant three strategic pivots over two iterations. When two technical partnerships couldn’t keep pace (juniors), I rebuilt Luzit solo with AI tooling. I’ve learned the hard way that the right roadmap doesn’t matter if you can’t ship it.
